RBI Guidelines for Payment Aggregators and Payment Gateways

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has issued guidelines on regulation of payment aggregators and payment gateways, which are entities that facilitate online payments by merchants and customers. Payment aggregators (PAs) are intermediaries that collect funds from customers and transfer them to merchants, while payment gateways (PGs) are technology providers that enable online payment processing.
