Refund and Cancellation Policy

Similar to any other online buying experience, given below are the terms and conditions that govern our Refund and Cancellation Policy. While you purchase a course on, you consent to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and the conditions covered below.

Online Training: Cancellation & Refunds

We know that you have the liberty to change your mind. We understand that our certain courses might not be 100% pertinent to you according to your present requirement. This is the reason why we offer you the liberty to request for a partial refund of your course fee within 72 hours of initiation of the course. If the cancellation is asked by the customer within 24 hours of making the subscription, then 90% of the course fee paid will be refunded. If the cancellation is performed after 24 hours but before completion of 72 hours, 50% of the course fee will be subtracted and the remainder will be refunded to your account. If the cancellation is performed by the customer following 72 hours of course initiation, then there will be no refund. Take note that if more than three modules have been accessed, then it is not possible for us to make the cancellation, and no refund will be offered.

Refunds: Duplicate payment

Processing of the refund of the duplicate payment sent by the customer will take place via the same source (original payment mode) within seven to twenty one working days following notification from the customer.

Note: Processing of all refunds will take place within thirty days of acknowledgement and authentication of refund application.
