Mr Beast, the world-famous YouTuber, has finally found his Mrs Beast. Jimmy Donaldson has announced his engagement to Thea Booysen, Mr Beast girlfriend. This new year, the 26-year-old shared an Instagram post of his proposal, saying, ‘Ya boy did a thing.’

Jimmy Donaldson, or MrBeast brought up in North Carolina, where he currently resides. He started his YouTube journey at the age of 11 when YouTube was only 5 years old. In 2012, Donaldson launched his main channel. He started with gaming videos on Minecraft, Pokémon, and Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. He started with commentary videos on gaming sessions. In 2016, he ended up with 30k subscribers but made money from YouTube. His audience started growing faster through different channels and formats like challenges, vlogs, giveaways, and other tasks.
In 2017, he saw a great surge in viewers, up to 100k. Then, he published videos featuring a fake fight between a music channel and PewDiePie. For him, the billboards were brought to the city. Soon in 2019, he had 20 million subscribers. He intended to raise $20 million to plant 20 million trees in a project named Team Trees. He successfully raised the amount from big public figures.
In 2020, Mr Beast invested in Backbone, which turned iPhones into gaming consoles. He also launched a virtual burger shop named Mrbeast Burger. In 2021, he published a remake of Squid Game, a Netflix show. Finally, he committed to Mr Beast girlfriend in 2022.

First Meeting- Donaldson and Booysen
Reported by People, the couple crossed paths for the first time in 2022 when Donaldson went to Booysen’s home country of South Africa. A mutual friend of theirs invited Mr Beast girlfriend to dinner with him, and it seems they clicked quickly. Donaldson seemingly vibed instantly. Mr Beast girlfriend said, ‘When I met him, I was a bit surprised how down-to-earth he was.’ She found him a nice guy.
Donaldson said he knew that he wanted to date her within the first few minutes of meeting. Fortunately, Booysen also felt a strong connection.

Like Mr Beast, his girlfriend, Booysen, 27, is also a content creator. She generally posts gaming videos of action role-playing games such as ‘The Witcher’ and ‘League of Legends’. Her channel name is TheaBeasty.

Clips of Donaldson using inappropriate words also raised concerns online. He was also accused of breaking a relationship with an employee who was accused of sharing inappropriate messages with a minor.
Throughout these, Mr Beast girlfriend stood by Donaldson’s side. Reportedly, Booysen replied to a comment on one of her YouTube videos that asked her to ‘get away from his boyfriend ASAP’. A Destination Wedding?
Donaldson reported that he planned a private and intimate marriage proposal with Mr Beast girlfriend. He proposed to his girlfriend on Christmas Day when the couple was at home surrounded by family and friends. Her family flew out from South Africa to the US.
