But still, if you want to check the status anywhere or anytime without the internet, then read this blog thoroughly. I’ve prepared a complete guide that will be more helpful in the future.

How to Check SASSA Grant Balance Without Internet?

There are multiple online methods to check SASSA balances easily, but many South Africans prefer the USSD method. Because this method never takes too much time and the internet. Follow the instructions and check your current SASSA balance;

Firstly, open your mobile dialer and enter these codes: *120*69277# –  *120*3210#. Choose each one, then press the call icon (if any code server is not working currently, you will try another one, but they both code accurately for the SASSA balance check through the USSD method).

After a few seconds of buffering, the prompts appear over the screen with the SASSA balance check option. Enter your ID Number or Phone number. Click the send button, and the screen prompts will disappear. Furthermore, you will get an SMS notification on your mobile device after a few minutes. Open a message and get your current SASSA grant balance in your account.

Use Your ATM Card For SRD Balance Check

On the other hand, an ATM card is another best way to check a grant balance without using the internet. So, if you’re not disabled or an old person, visit your nearest ATM and insert your card into the ATM card slot. Afterward, enter your 4-digit verified PIN code.

In multiple options, you see the ACCOUNT BALANCE CHECK feature, choose this option. You’ll see options for SASSA balance checking, viewing the SASSA balance on the ATM screen, or getting a paper receipt. Now, the ball is in your court; choose your safe option, and you will quickly get your current grant balance without using the internet. Make sure if you don’t have an ATM card and you’re a disabled person, then USSD is perfect for you.
