Netstumbler is a cyber-security tool that runs on Windows Operating System, which can be used to identify open ports on a network. Since it was developed for windows, there is no provision for source code.

This tool uses WAP – seeking approach when it is searching for open ports, that is the reason it is one of the most popular tools used for network defense. Its popularity is also because of its ability to detect network vulnerabilities, which may not be present in other types of cyber-security tools.
