LinkedIn is the world’s largest platform for professional connections. LinkedIn has helped to reduce the distance between potential employers and potential employees. It is of an American origin, and operates through websites and mobile applications.
LinkedIn has become very popular worldwide mainly due to the ease with which it has helped people to find jobs, and companies to find potential employers. It has a 24×7 live server and the LinkedIn website can be accessed from anywhere at any point of time. But the server has gone down following a DNS error. According to App.net cofounder Bryan Berg, it is suspected that LinkedIn’s DNS was hijacked due to which many people in India and around the world have faced problems in accessing the website and their profiles on LinkedIn.
