Improving employer branding is easy if you start paying attention to a few points:

  • Plan a set of values and culture for your company. Advertise the same on various social media platforms.
  • Start giving your employees some recognition and encourage positive criticism and constructive feedback as key tools in enriching the work culture. After all, no one would wish to work in a company that does not respect their efforts.
  • Consider collaboration as one of the methods of increasing brand recognition in the market.
  • Provide career guidance programs, training, and guidance to new employees and interns. Consider proper advertisements for those programs to attract more interns.
  • Give your employees some space, as you need to understand that work is not everything in a person’s life and they have to balance a lot of things in their daily life.
  • Give incentives to employees when they work well and reward them publicly for their contribution to give them a boost of energy and enthusiasm in their job.
  • Try encouraging your employees to give feedback to understand where your company falls short. Also, encourage your staff to share positive experiences about their work and the company on social media (though the experiences must be honest and not just for advertising purposes).
  •  Start using search engine optimization as a tool to improve website traffic.
  • Maintain communication with your audience on social media. 
  • Keep the application and hiring process simple.
  • Keep communicating with new joiners and even those that are applying for a certain position in your company. 
  • Keep new employees aware of new changes and information.
  • Update your website timely.
