Terra Simia is the second largest planet in the Dalarnia solar system and is home to the Simian race. Terra Simia is a lush, green planet with a very warm climate. The terrain on this world varies greatly from one region to another, ranging from snowy mountains and ice-capped tundras in its northern hemisphere to tropical rainforests along its equator and southern hemisphere.
Terra Simia’s inhabitants have evolved over time into four distinct races: humans (in blue), elves (in red), dwarves/dwarvenkind (in orange) and trolls/trollkind (in yellow). These races can be found throughout all parts of Terra Simia except for its polar regions where only humans live.
Terra Caldera
The first planet is named Terra Caldera, which means “hot hole” or “volcanic basin” in Latin. The planet is a barren landscape of burnt orange and black, with its surface crusted with hardened magma and layers of volcanic rock. Volcanoes dot the entire surface, the most active being on the side facing the Sun.
As this is the warmest part of the planet, water occasionally boils up from beneath the crust and volcanoes erupt along these faults. Terra Caldera is home to two species of sentient beings: the nomadic Velxians who live primarily in small settlements around volcanic vents. And the Tiburtians—a race of lizard people—who live at higher latitudes where it is cool enough for them to survive comfortably..
